Above & Beyond
The nurse practitioner immediately made me feel at ease. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns with an open ear- even went as far to follow up with me about minute questions on mychart after our appointment ended. She was extremely thorough and made me feel like she genuinely cares about the improvement of my health condition. I am so lucky to have found an amazing NP to work with in White Plains and I recommend her to all my friends and family.

was not helpful because she did not really listen. her focus was on getting a colonoscopy schedule when mine was something else completely different. she complained about the practice and was dismissive regarding my questions.
