My family has been going to this office for more years than I can recall. The staff are great, the selection of frames are great and the exams are always well done.

We have been pts. for several yrs because of the location & have always seen the younger Dr.'s, & have really liked them, but are on our 3rd one. They do seem to move on pretty quickly. Last Friday I called & left a msg. as they were closed. I was on my last pr. of contacts & asked to be called back for an appt. I just realized we are going into Thanksgiving & no call. REALLY? The biddies at the desk are the worst! Have overlooked their un-customer svc. attitude for some time. Shame on you
