Dr Silvia has been instrumental in my recovery from a traumatic brain injury. His professional and personal instincts on how and when to push me vs pulling back~ has been 100% on target with what I can handle at a particular point in time. He is respectful and caring, AND he is a real person- down-to-earth, no pretense- understands we are all just trying our best to get through everyday....and his enthusiasm for life is contagious!!!
