My experience was horrible. My granddaughter was at the hospital with a tremendous amount of pain and he was very rude and dismissive. He told her that it was all in her head and that there was nothing wrong with her. Thank God that she went somewhere else, and they diagnosed her with an infection, prescribed her antibiotics and she is doing much better now that the meds kicked in. The hardest part for us as her family, was that feeling of helplessness, she is away in college, many hours away from home and to know that she was being neglected, was very unsettling.

I came in with a parasite that didn’t even get diagnosed there. Told me my symptoms were psychosomatic and advised me to seek counseling. when i asked for an ultrasound he said : “for what?“ok we’ll you’re gonna go into the waiting room and wait a long time and then we’re not gonna find anything and send you home” Treated me like I dealt with substance issues bc of the pain i was in. Would speak over me and does not take women’s health seriously. Very dismissive.

extremely rude. did not bother to listen to my medical history, in fact cut me off mid sentence. lost my X-rays. Treated me like a drug seeker when I asked for something other than Motrin since I live with a chronic pain syndrome (EDS) and he ripped the Motrin Rx away from me and the nurse returned saying he gave you this I don't know what it is This NYS EMT will be calling Crouse HR in the morning.
