Meeting Michael Rydman was a fortuitous event in my life. Having consulted with several other therapists, Michael was by far the most helpful! He listened intently and never "judged" me. He offered gentle alternative ways to view my various challenges - which often gave me better clarity. He did guide me through several very difficult circumstances - for which I am very thankful. My relocation to the Central Coast is the only reason I no longer see him.
