Dr. Paterno was incredible! I moved to a new city and needed an updated prescription, he got me right in. He took the time to explain everything! I have worn glasses for 18 years and never have I felt so at ease. He made sure he told me what he was doing every step of the way which had never been explain to me before. His calm demeanor and professionalism is incomparable. I would recommend Dr. Paterno to anyone. Thank you Dr. Paterno for doing such a great job!

This guy is self serving and has no concern for the actual well being of his patients. Im so glad that Brockport has other optometrists to choose from! I'm SO done with Visionworks!

Dr. Paterno was fast-paced and inconsiderate. I had many questions and he didn't want to listen to them. When I told him I had questions he responded with, "Now is not the time for questions." When I told him I have an occasional lazy eye he said, " Is that your opinion or did a doctor tell you that?" It was my first time to an eye doctor in over 15 years, so no, a doctor didn't tell me that. I just see it when I look in the mirror. He told me I should talk to my primary doctor about it.
