I've been going to Michael Lane for all of my dermatological needs for nearly 30 years and I trust him to give me the best possible care. He's found spots of skin cancer and treated them himself or rushed me to another surgeon within 24 hours when necessary. He listens to all of my concerns and takes extra care to proactively stay on top of suspicious spots. The office staff is welcoming and kind, his assistants are friendly and respectful, and I trust him with my life. He has a genuine concern for his patients and has provided me with outstanding care over the years. He always explains exactly what's going on and gives me the opportunity for input to make sure I'm comfortable with treatment plans as needed. I can't imagine trusting anyone else as my dermatologist.

Terrible service
Saw nurse practitioner Michael lane because of an infection after my biopsy. He never called me with the culture results and the office gave me the wrong prescription (printed for someone else) took 25 more minutes to get another prescription and that was wrong also.
