I  had 2 very brief phone calls with Michael Keith.  Once i told him im looking to use my insurance coverage he was abrupt rude and ultimately yelled and hung up on me both times!  It's very clear he has no ability to ackowledge and mitigate his countertranference and as a result is quite damaging to people seeking supportive counseling.  I was shocked and surprised he was so rude.
