Michael Jones's demeanor was cold and dismissive from the moment he walked into the room, making me feel like a burden rather than a patient in need of care.I came in for an infected wound, and he barely engaged with me. He asked a couple questions before handing me a prescription and walking out. That was the extent of the interaction. No discussion about wound care, no instructions, and no attempt to cover the wound, which was visibly oozing. I had to ask if I was free to leave, and he ignored me.To make matters worse, the medical document I received contained false information. It stated that we had a thorough conversation about my diagnosis and care plan and that I was advised to change my dressing twice daily—yet no such conversation happened, and I left without any dressing at all.As someone who works in hospice care, I understand the importance of treating people with dignity and compassion. This experience was the exact opposite, and it was deeply unsettling.
