Was seen by Michael for a stent removal, was told to expect pain after and was given a card with a number for his assistant which was not in service. When I tried to contact him like he’d told me I made 3 phone calls starting at 8AM 12PM and 2:30PM to try and see what my best course of action was as I had no more medication to relieve my symptoms. On each attempt even with over head pages urgent messages and his own assistants message i did not receive a return phone call. The answering staff was very puzzled and even looked for him to no avail. At this point I’m extremely disappointed in the way the situation was handled and it seems it’s a constant issue at MN Urology.
