I would give less than 1 star but that's not an option here. Rude and insensitive office. First contact on an emergency matter was by phone. Multiple staff, including the practice manager, were condescending and just plain awful. Horrible. Can't speak about the doctor himself. But I will NEVER recommend this practice.

I've known Dr. Hansen for 15 years & he is truly outstanding. His approach is comprehensive & thorough. He invests in the most current & advanced diagnostic equipment. Dr. Hansen possesses vast knowledge in the diagnosis & care of a wide range of eye conditions. He is kind, professional & a good listener (you're not a number). I value the care I've received from Dr. Hansen. I recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional eye care & a large selection of frames (including designer) & contacts.
