Will not return
I have gone to Dr. Ballitch and Dr. Finn for many years. However, the office is now overcrowded and I have waited up to an hour and 45 minutes to be seen for an appointment. In fact, one appointment I made was never written on the books so I showed up and was turned away. The prescription that was written was incorrect and my glasses needed to be remade at my expense. The office manager is difficult and untruthful. The comments that I have heard in the waiting room corroborate that the excessive wait times are a common occurrence and the front office is disorganized and overwhelmed. I do not believe I have ever been there without witnessing an unhappy patient chastising the front office personnel. We have sought treatment elsewhere.
