Dr. Chavez is awesome! I moved to Austin from SA and dreaded trying to find new doctors. He is patient, understanding, well-read, and caring. He goes the extra step to make sure your prescription is correct. I have Macular Degeneration, and while he's not an MD, he's still very knowledgeable about my condition. He isn't the most conveniently located to where I live & work, but I don't care. I will drive the extra distance to see him as long as he is in practice. He makes me that comfortable.

Super friendly and fun, explains all procedures, educates you about your eye health, forward thinking (thinking out ahead about this, that, and the other, in terms of eye health, where applicable).
