Telehealth

Like most people, he makes up his mind and picks the evidence to support his decision. He concluded that a patient who was dying was probably faking it and refused to consider medical evidence that was offered. Subsequent providers did surgery and helped despite his conclusions, thankfully. Perhaps his decades of military psychology background taught him to patch the patients up and get them back in the fight, and was not the best preparation for civilian practice.
