Unfortunately, I have to agree with the November review as I have been calling since October. Finally, I spoke with someone in November and was told I would receive a follow-up call in December, but never have. I have called back twice now but to no avail. I understand things happen, but it is already difficult to admit you need help so not having someone hear you or even return a call back is a huge letdown.

I called five separate times on behalf of my 19-year-old daughter who is suffering terribly from depression/anxiety at college. I explained the severity of the situation. I never heard a word back, despite having been told multiple times that Mia Paustian was accepting new patients. For someone who claims to be a mental health professional, her complete lack of compassion is truly astounding. Please redirect your business who actually cares about people struggling with mental health.
