Yes, so this is [phi removed]. I took my mom for the appointment because she has Alzheimer's. And [staff name removed] was great. No nothing to complain about. But I just would have to say that I would have just preferred to see the specialist himself. But I understand that's just the way it goes. But if there are more specialists, that would be best. That's it. Thank you.

The parking is very far from the entrance making it difficult for elderly or disabled people to get to the the front entrance. The same is true for the waiting area to the elevators.

This was our first visit with Mia Kim, who was substituting for Dr. Hitt at this appointment for my husband, a patient who has vascular dementia. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about my husband's medical status and she answered all of our questions regarding his medications and treatment options. We enjoyed meeting Ms. Kim and we appreciated her insights about this disease and the concern and understanding she expressed toward both of us .
