This was my 1st visit. I felt somewhat nervous because it was a new experience with this provider. I was quickly put at ease when the medical assistant called me back. She was friendly and made me laugh. The nurse practitioner Meta - Howard was extremely friendly and personable. She took time to really listen, offer suggestions and provided easy to understand explanations . The medical technician was also beyond friendly and very calming. The nurse practitioner and the medical assistants were all very professional and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend them.
