Completely professional. CALLED ME to be sure I got my annual physical scheduled to meet insurance requirements during the pandemic! Has called with lab/test results at night (after 9 pm) so that I would not have to worry when the results showed everything was okay.

Mercedes is the best of the best. She take her time explain any concern we may have. We have been her patient since she was practicing in Sanford and when she move to Altamonte Spring we follow her to her new practice. I would highly recommend her eyes closed.

Patients go to their primary care doctor because they are not well. Wierman Always rushes the appointments and you get less than five minutes with her. Anything you say about the reason for your visit goes over her head and she does what she wants to do and does not listen to the patients. I think she may be burnt out or have some sort of compassion fatigue because the service I have received these past couple years have been declining and I will no longer be coming to this practice.

Mercedes always takes the time with all her patients. Very Caring, looks to help you with what ever problem that you have. I trust her with my care, and that is saying a ton as I dont trust many, cause I do work in the medical field and see how things go. Your not just a number with her. There are no worries with Mercedes, she does what she says and is there every step of the way.
