The San Ramon office is the Kruger Smoothing (Seinfeld) of eye doctors. They're never there when they're supposed to be there; the hours there keep shrinking--down to 2 days a week. And, if the receptionist feels like taking the afternoon off, she just leaves. The doctors are a little better, but generally in line with the whole operation.

I should have done my homework. Reviews done by others in all review sites are very bad. He is rude, moody, loves to talk, but talk about nothing, nothing related to the eyes, and make you wait forever.
