on last two visits, nurse had a hard time inserting needle in ankle muscle and caused pain. Supervisor came in and immediately inserted without any pain.

Dr Seard is great. Besides being an excellent physician he has an amazing bedside manner. In my lifetime I have had a few urologists I have seen. None compare to Dr. Seard.

I feel very comfortable coming for my care at UCI Irvine in Orange. I constantly feel that everyone is very kind and very responsive, attentive, and I'm very grateful to have my care at UCI Orange, and I tell all of my friends as well.

First time visit. The dr did not seem to care and did not give me all forms of diagnosis possibilities. He only wanted to try medication. I've been dealing with this for a few years now and was looking to find out what the issue is, not on how we can treat it with medication. It wasn't until I brought up a cystoscopy that he talked about it. Not happy.

I was told that I would have a biopsy appointment by the end of the day which never happened. I then called a few days later and was told that I would receive a date by the end of the week, no call. I called at the end of the week and was told that they would call me back that day. No one ever called. Absolutely no follow through. It's pretty bad when you are waiting to find out if your tumor is cancerous and they don't communicate.

I was asked to show up 15 minutes early (which I did), but the doctor didn't get in to see me until a full hour after the appointment time. He was there in the room with me for 3 minutes while he asked 4 questions and then left. The waste of your patients' time is obscenely disrespectful.
