Melissa is just great! She is so personable and easy to talk to. Melissa explained my medical concern so that I could understand and I appreciated it. Paris, the receptionist is also awesome and so accommodating! She scheduled my physical therapy session immediately for tomorrow!

I was very impressed with Melissa. She listened and recommended diagnostics to try to figure out what is happening in my neck to cause numbness in my right arm and hand. The scheduler was very helpful in getting future appointments. Much more helpful than some in the past.

This appt took much longer than I expected it to because of x- rays after seeing the PA and scheduling other appts. I had to call and reschedule my senior van ride twice during this process. However, my new PA, the appt Scheduler and the x-ray tech were all wonderful to work with.
