Shannon P, the same thing just happened to me. I have to believe this is the worst counselor I could have seen. Unprofessional and truly bad at what she does. I paid her money and got zero from any session. If you think you should give her a chance, DON'T!!!!! She lost her license in Nebraska but could be practicing in another state.

She needs to be investigated possibly breaking the law. I kept asking her o we and over to bill me and she never would. I found out she was billing my insurance, setting appointments I never made then charging me for them, then today I received a collection notice from a company on her behalf for appoints over a year ago, she collected from my insurance but would never give me a bill. I’m hiring a lawyer and taking her down, especially after reading countless reviews of people saying the same

She is completely unprofessional. She constantly ends your sentences for you and the worst part is she is always WAY off. She is more concerned about herself. Do NOT go to her if you are wanting professional help. 1

Melissa was unprofessional throughout the sessions and would often spend more time talking about herself and her experiences rather than providing any sort of specific clinical treatment. She literally offers no value as a therapist.

I wouldnt recommend her to anyone because of her lack of ability. She is a terrible therapist that needs to be in another profession. Not only did she provide inappropriate therapy, but she intentionally overcharged for sessions. If you want to be manipulated and be as mentally unhealthy as ever then go see her.
