I work for Norton and never have treated a patient the way melissa treated my daughter, first we were put in a room and melissa came in and to talk to my daughter about her bowel movements showing her a poop chart, my daughter was 8 or so at the time and she laughed about seeing the poop chart as most kids would my daughter is full of energy as most children are and we had been waiting in the room so she was alittle ansy, Melissa pulled me to the side at the and of the appointment and told me that I may want to get my daughter evaluated for her hyperness and that kids like her end up cutting themselves for attention when they get older . I will never forget this experience I had and I left in tears of anger this woman does not deserve a job working with children she has no patience what so ever and is extremely digusting and rude,
