She basically read my treatment options from google ... web.md. Waste of time... She’s like a recording. I had a serious issue that came up and it was very painful. I tried all the meds required which never worked & made me so sick. I called and left msgs. One time she prescribed pain meds, but stated only this one time??? What? I’m not a child or an idiot. I was compliant on everything. It was ridiculous. And while She was out on Vacation there was no one to be a backup for pain management. Who works like this? Any trained idiot could fill her position. She never helped me and I’m still suffering extreme pain which was obvious to see by hbp and the painful lesion. She never ran any tests, never referred me to a dermatologist or any other dr. And dismissed me from the pain management. But I had already fired her and will change to a real dr. I will never trust her. And will file a formal complaint with medical board on her behavior/ lies.

On my 2nd visit Melissa White NP told me she would be happy to prescribe something for my chronic back pain but needed a urine screen first. This was on Wed, results would be in by Friday. I called on Tues,left message that I would like to p/u the prescription as she had stated.I received text saying I need another appt. for medication?? My urine screening was fine. I talked with the office manager who then went an talked with Ms White who denied saying would be happy to to prescribe. Why lie?
