I would give her 0 stars, but it won't let me. She never returns my phone calls. She ordered a very expensive test that wasn't covered by my insurance, but she didn't communicate that. So now I am stuck with the bill. When I contacted GSI about it they said she should have told me in advance and there is nothing they can do to help. I asked to speak to her and she has not returned my calls.
