Melissa is extremely competent and very patient oriented. Explains everything so I can understand them and is will to help me plan what I will be doing in the future. When I changed my work out, she took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me understand the implications on my glucose. She it top of PA's I have seen over the last 10 years. I can see why Dr. Long has her in her practice as she emulates, Dr. Long's care and concern.

PA VanSickel is a great health care professional she is very caring, person she takes time to answer questions and makes sure you understand. I have revived notes well after hours of something that looked bad with your labs. Her professional approach is very much appreciated. The office staff is great and are very helpful and professional. She is very professional and thorough but what I like best is she listens to my concerns and is wonderful about addressing them and any questions I have. She is also very good about answering questions without long delay on the portal which is really nice. I highly recommend.

My experience with Melissa has always been informative. She does not rush the appointment and takes as long as needed to make me feel comfortable. That being the case, sometimes she runs a little late for the appointment. I respect that as, I am sure, the reason is because sometimes it takes longer to make a patient feel comfortable and understand the issues.
The office staff is very efficient and caring as well.
