If I could give 0 stars, I would
She was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and state of pain; to the point that she said 'If you were actually in severe pain, you'd be at the ER right now'. Mind you, I DID want to go to the ER but went to urgent care BECAUSE I can't afford an ER visit. Why are you working in healthcare if you have no basic people skills or empathy? My mom has also seen her unfortunately and reported the same condescending behavior. Absolutely horrible experience and I recommend her to nobody since she clearly doesn't want to help people.

Terrible
Didn’t even examine my child properly. Reviewed the after-visit summary on our online chart and her notes claimed she discussed treatment plan in detail when nothing of the sort was done (only said “sending your prescription to the pharmacy”). Her notes mention her auscultating but didn’t lay a stethoscope on my child to listen to lungs. Said “no” to recent upper respiratory infection in her review of systems when I clearly stated child had a recent cold—listening skills lacking, or just plain neglectful.

Horrible experience with Ms. Rossi. Poor people skills, no interest in my symptoms and just trying to go through the motions of getting people in and out. Lacks respect for people and their concerns and not to mention mid diagnosed me.

0 out of 5 because of our visit yesterday , she was rude to us seemed in a bad mood that we were there came up to us and said with out introducing herself and said "so are you going to follow through " to my daughter who has a phobia of drawing her blood. No human KINDNESS!!!
