I saw Melissa at the CVS minute clinic. She was kind, patient, attentive, professional and addressed my health concerns. I would not hesitate to see her again.

I saw Ms. Richardson at a minute clinic. She made the visit very pleasant during an unpleasant time. She was professional, did a great job of explaining everything, and left me feeling a lot better. I would recommend her to all my friends.

This nurse had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. I was taking a covid test and swabbing my nose (in a private room with just me and nurse Richardson) and sneezed. The swab must have hit a reflex causing me to sneeze immeditely making it nearly impossible for me to cover my mouth and nose before sneezing. Rather than just asking me to please cover my mouth next time I need to sneeze, she proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me how inconsiderate I am for not covering my mouth and how people like me never fail to suprise her with our inconsiderate actions. I then apologized for not covering mouth. However, Nurse Richardson CONTINUED berating me even after my apology, by saying “wow i cannot BELIEVE you just did that” again and again making me feel awful. Meanwhile, I was just tired and sick and wanted to go back to bed. All in all, this was the worst nurse i have ever been to. I do NOT reccomend.
