I did not have a good experience. I was having pretty severe lower abdominal pain and she told me that I was ingesting too much caffeine. Turns out my IUD had actually slipped and was causing the pain. I had it removed by a different doctor and the pain has never returned. I recently tried to schedule two different appointments with her, and both times my appointments were cancelled and had to be rescheduled. I did not feel she listened to my medical history or had any respect for the expertise I have about my own body.

Did not feel welcomed. Was not personable. Every question I asked was answered by the textbook “ the CDC says...” Attitude of superiority instead of general caring. Was dismissive.

I did not think she was very nice or personable. I was disappointed in her professionalism. Felt that I inconvenienced her by being there. That is the last thing you want to feel like when you are sick. I would not recommend her to anyone. I have never had this problem at this clinic. Always have had the best support.

I had an amazing experience with Melissa. She took time and was sensitive to my needs during a difficult time.

My experience was pretty poor. I think she had a difficult time answering my questions and she perceived them as questioning her ability instead of me taking an active role in my health care decisions.
