I saw Dr. Mercer at True Eye Experts of Trinity. I made the appointment for me and my 15 y/o son, we were waiting only a couple of minutes when we where seen, the exam is very thorough, and they have a lot of new technology that the use, DR. MELISSA MERCER was very knowledgeable and sweet, explained everything with very good details, made sure I was also comfortable with my son's exam as we both where getting one. I highly recommend Dr. Mercer and True Eye Experts as well.

I took my daughter to see her at Walmart since Dr. Cook was out of town. she was very impatient, rushed my daughter through the exam. Will never see her again. Clearly has no experience with kids. She did not want to be there. Not impressed at all.

Best optometrist I know. Make it easy for patients to share their feedback. She is the best and practical; takes her enough time and her smile when she greets you will put you at ease, but with poor vision I am used to changing scripts and get nervous easily when I go to get checked. Highly recommend.
