She was initially really warm, thorough, and empathetic. However during a recent visit, when she was relaying concerns from ultrasound results, her bedside manner lacked empathy and tact. When informing patients of difficult news, I would expect a provider to allow for time to process rather than jumping straight to offering options to terminate a pregnancy. Also, her punctuality is absolutely poor- being over 30 minutes late (TWICE) and not receiving an apology is unacceptable.

I originally selected Melissa Mack in 2007 or so because a friend referred me to her & told me that she really listens (based on my experiences this is RARE). I have been seeing Melissa as my primary doctor & for yearly gyn exams. I absolutely LOVE her & the fact that she really does take time to understand and listen to issues. You can tell she has found her calling & enjoys what she does. Since I became a patient of Melissa Mack I've referred multiple friends & they all agree. Thank you! :)
