Been complaining about a laundry list of issues, but she apparently can only address one thing at a time. Also referred to multiple cardiologists for urgent needs only for them to report everything is normal. I don't know who is incompetent here, but I'm done with this team. Finding another GP.

She never seemed to hear what I said because her responses would have nothing to do with my symptoms. When I brought in paperwork from the hospital, she argued with me over what the doctor had told me, even though she had the papers in her hand. Refused to treat me or even see me until she called the hospital to verify. She called me 15 minutes later to reschedule the appointment she had just kicked me out of. Terrible nurse practitioner. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

My first visit went well enough where I thought Melissa genuinely listened to me. (At least she examined me, unlike the APRN I switched from. That one didn't even want to touch me, the patient!) The following visit I felt kind of brushed off and chalked it up to the fact that the office was going through some changes (doctors left). The third visit, after I mentioned doing a little research on my conditions, the first words out of her mouth were (and I quote): "Okay, stop the researching." I can understand on one hand how annoying some patients could be about 'self-diagnosing'. But that's not what I was doing. Obviously she is the professional, but the patient should also be proactive about their own health. In the end, although upon her initial examination of me she felt I had a slightly enlarged liver, that was never further addressed. Actually, none of my issues were ever really addressed. The staff was always pleasant, though.

Almost rude. Did not want any past records as reference material. Do not go in for more than one problem or referral. She won' remember or just doesn't care to address more than one per visit Refills for medicines very slow. She seems to be that person that knows more than you about everything. Will actually argue with you about medicines cardiologist have prescribed without contacting said doctor. Good for colds, flu shots etc. But so is Kroger Little Clinic.

Terrible. I would never want and friends or family to go to her. So unprofessional and rude. Changed diagnosis after I left after waiting two hours for her to spend less than a minute explaining that the test I took was invalid. Didn’t even try to retest. Don’t waste your time with her.

Mistreated my sons allergies telling me to give him honey as opposed to recommending allergy medicine. Unprofessional. Gives bad advice. Ex: you have to wear make up everyday or it will negatively affect your child. Who says that? Reflects Kentucky One badly. Had to have my sons school request lab work because she refused to do so when I asked about it. Told me to go to health dept. For vaccinations when they could do it at their office. Among other issues. Patient beware.

Went well. Seemed very knowledgeable more so than most doctors i've been to. We are working on diagnosing my condition and I feel safe under her plan of attack. Explains things VERY well.
