First time in 15 yrs I have visited a chiropractor, She took the time to loosen up the muscles before the work. My experience was great, highly recommend and have, to other people. She fixed my shoulder the one time and feel great again.

Dr. Cieko is a fantastic chiropractor. She does her best to loosen you up and get you to relax, so the adjustment goes better. Generally spends 25-30 minutes per appointment. I recommend her to anyone who needs a chiropractor. She spends 2 days in Utica and three days in Rome, so you do need to take that into consideration when scheduling an appointment. Typically it is relatively easy to get appointments. If she doesn't answer, leave a message and she'll get back to you between patients.
