i had my first appointment with dr alexander today. she was wonderful... incredibly caring and informative. she's also a real straight shooter which i totally appreciate. her office manager roshanda was equally as professional and helpful. i would recommend her and her office to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues. i've been to both the house clinic and another audiologist...this was a much better experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Alexander and Roshanda for years to help me with my hearing. Both of these ladies are professional and always helpful. I've needed help with my bluetooth hearing aids and they are always there to assist me. I feel like family when I walk through the door. That's why I refer all my friends and family to Alexander Audiology. I highly recommend them.

I needed custom earplugs for sleeping and filtered plugs for loud concerts. I've never had impressions taken before. I found Alexander Audiology because of their reviews online. Roshanda took my ear impressions and the whole thing was easy and quick. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been looking for an audiologist in the Valley to help me with my hearing loss. After several failed attempts in connecting with someone I trust, I found Dr. Alexander. She was wonderful and even came to my house! She helped hook up my TV streamer. Now I can finally enjoy watching shows with my granddaughter! I’m so happy I found her.

Dr. Alexander was instrumental in improving everyday life for my 101-year-old grandmother. She has trouble seeing her hearing aids and changing batteries. Dr. Alexander recommended some aids that my grandma could tell apart by touch. Unfortunately, my grandma has also lost a lot of sensitivity in her fingertips, which we didn't know. Dr. Alexander gladly took the hearing aids back within 30 days, and she fit my grandma with rechargeable aids - no batteries to change! Thank you, Dr. Alexander!

I was diagnosed with tinnitus and I was told there was nothing I could do. I came to see Dr. Alexander after researching the American Tinnitus Association website. Before I found Alexander Audiology I was overwhelmed by tinnitus. Now Dr. Alexander has given me tools to alleviate the noises in my head. I can't thank her enough.
