Ms. Jennings threatened to withhold sending in refills for medications I have been on for years if I did not get my thyroid checked that day. I didn't want it, I couldn't afford it, and frankly it would not have affected the medications I'm on regardless. When I asked if I could potentially get the tests done at a later date when I had the money for it, she refused, and proceeded to question me on my financial situation. It was only after I threatened to walk out that she capitulated and allowed me to schedule for later, and I finally got my refills. Needless to say, not only will I not be going to get bloodwork done, but I will never go to her or any practice she works at ever again. I have already filed a complaint with the state board about her conduct and will be contacting her supervisor soon.
