Melanie Schmidt

After a few appointments with Melanie, it became very hard to reach her over the phone or via email. If and when I would indicate to her that I needed help of some sort and wasn't able to contact her, she would respond in very unprofessional rants. She prescribed me medication without putting her name on the pill bottle making it difficult to get more through a different provider, causing me to go through intense withdrawal. They seemed very concerned that she was able to do that, especially with the medication she was prescribing me in particular. She does things on her own time rather than at a time her patients may actually need her help, which I suppose comes along with being an APRN. Very unprofessional, rude outside of her office, treats you as if you're an inconvenience and you're just privileged to be able to talk to her.
