I WISH I COULD CHOOSE NO STARS!! She was very rude after I waited 2 hours despite having an appt. Barely did an exam..used covid as an excuse not to do her job. Made up an alert on my file to refuse me treatment, although she had NO details regarding the alert and despite my other providers at Benefis having NEVER mentioned said alert and being able to treat me with no problems. She was too lazy to look into the situation and shoved me out the door. Her nurse or pretend to be nurse screamed at me while I was waiting for my ride. Should not be allowed to pretend to be a doctor or treat patients!! Don't go to this clinic unless you have a whole day to waste only for your illness to be ignored and if you enjoy being degraded.
