I had an appointment with Mead after waiting 6 months. I told their office when scheduling that I live 40 minutes away and have children I drop off for school so I couldn’t do earlier than 9:30 since traffic is bad that time of morning. They told me no worries at all and scheduled me for 9:30. I was sent a text from Warren Clinic the night before telling me to arrive 30 minutes early, which I already explained would be impossible, but I tried anyways. I arrived 19 MINUTES early and waiting 1-2 at the desk for the rude office assistant to get off the phone. Once I told her my appointment time she immediately told me they’re not going to see me and I need to reschedule. I explained to her my situation, she called Mead, hung up and said “sorry she’s strict about 30 minutes early we have to reschedule you”. I just walked away dumbfounded. This should be communicated BIG TIME by office staff when scheduling patients. Especially with how long we wait and how far we drive!! Horrible office!!

I arrived 10 minutes early but was told to reschedule because I was not 15 minutes early.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my appointment. I had seen Melanie Mead, NP for years before but since moving back this was my first appointment back needing a nexplanon removed. The way I was talked to by the Nurse was uncalled for, there was no communication on what I needed to do before the appointment. And terrible communication on the location of the office. I could hear the nurse through the door talking to the NP about me in a unacceptable tone, then approached by this provider with a terrible attitude. There was an attempt for conversation though by this point I internally shut down based on how I’d been talked to so far. Being someone who works in healthcare I was just incredibly disappointed and hurt by this patient experience. I absolutely will not be returning.

Every time I see her I feel like all of my “issues” are addressed. She is SO NICE and really explains everything so you can understand. She answers every question without judgement. I absolutely love her!

Horrible staff. Will never go back. Had to go to the ER because they couldn’t get me in due to infection. ER ended up calling to get me in because they were upset that the doctors off I’ve turned me away. Didn’t address my issues properly. Oh and the girl answering the phone is so rude.
