She gets five stars from me. She is a professional in every way. She is a good listener and was sensitive to all my concerns. She did not try and sell me the most expensive product...but instead made a recommendation based on my personal needs. She did not push me into making a premature decision before I was ready. I would recommend Melanie Frost to any individual with hearing loss who has thought about hearing aids, and is now ready to pull the trigger.
