Excellent and caring and very understanding

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical practice. My visit was a pretty basic office visit and not complex. The bill was over $1,300, at first, and it took months to get the amount down to a reasonable amount. Today, I received a letter stating they set up another appointment and it took at least an hour to cancel it. The person that answered the phone had an attitude and would not give me a confirmation that the appointment was canceled until I asked for her manager.

Knowledgeable PCP with the best intent and is obvious to be a strong advocate for the best solution for her patients.

She listens to me and instills confidence with her knowledgeable comments. Her open and friendly disposition makes a visit with her a pleasant and rewarding experience and I feel she has charted a good course on my health management.
