I purchased glasses on May 19 for $690 and picked them up on June 2. Between June 2 and August 4, I have had them in my possession 6 days.They have been returned to the lab four times in an attempt to get the lenses cut correctly to fit the frames and to polish the edges of the lenses. I have driven to Salisbury five times to pick them up only to find another issue with the quality of the workmanship. On August 3 after yet another issue, I requested a full refund. Kristen called me the following day.She called the lab manager and was told to return the glasses for an evaluation to determine options.Kristen said Salisbury Eyecare and Eyewear will have to recoup their funds for the lenses from the lab before she can see what she can work out for me. She said they have a no return policy even though this situation has been due to repeated issues with their lab and no fault on my part. The refusal of a full refund under these circumstances certainly sends a message about this practice.
