Extremely sarcastic and rude
Melanie was the everything a primary care physician shouldn’t be. She was sarcastic, rude and rolled her eyes many times during the visit. She treated me like I was dumb. I highly do not recommend her.

Unprofessional. She wasn't patient enough to hear about my issues. She made no attempt to classify the issue and instead made fun of my age and appearance.

Melanie has been taking care of me for 5 years or so. She is caring and compassionate. She raised a concern with a kidney reading that no one else never mentioned. She will listen to all your concerns and I highly recommend her.

When I fell ill I was offered an appointment with Dr. Guzman. She not only took the time to help me, LISTEN to me but continues to on occasion when I’m in need. Super knowledgeable, professional and kind. She has gone above & beyond. Highly recommend her!

Melanie is uncaring and very sarcastic. During my visit she ignored me when I explained why I was sick. She kept asking the same question multiple times. I've been a police officer for 16 years and I truly believe she was under the influence of something. I didn't want to accuse her of something that I didn't have proof of, but needless to say - I will not be returning.
