Rudest medical staff I have dealt with in many years. She actually introduced herself as “Dr Chipman” very rude and not paying attention to details.

She has poor bed side manners. Rushes through appointment and does not listen to patients. She communicated in a short and annoyed way; as if, I was a bother to her to be there.

No compassion or interest in older patients
One of the worst experiences I've had. No communication. Put all of my issues off on my weight (even though at my skinniest, which was a size 0 or 2, I had the same conditions), said my tests were all perfect, and that I just ate too much. I eat one meal a day, and it's not huge. She acted like I was a burden and even said that I could be 'fired,' then did exactly that when I sent a message to the office with a complaint about how she handled my visit and notes. I know I'm older and I'm a mess of medical issues combined, but she sent me into a deep depression.

She's a decent provider, though she gets annoyed if you want a telehealth appointment and she was downright mad when I used a different lab due to fear of contracting Covid in their lab, which is also the waiting room, which is also near elevators, so 100 sick people are in close contact. No one answers the phone, no one answers refill requests on mychart, no one responds to pharmacy requests for a refill. They literally make you schedule an appointment and pay money anytime you need anything, even if you were just there a month ago.

Melanie is one of the most amazing NP I know. She took on my senior mother who had many serious medical issues and took excellent care of her. She answered any questions asked and was just so tender and loving to her. I am also her patient and have been for many years. She is very upbeat and positive. She works very hard and is very understanding.

I have progressively become aware that Dr Chipman has no idea how to deal with senior patients. Absolutely anything that is wrong with me is either because I am getting older or stressed! Her condescending answers to my questions are unacceptable. I would never recommend Dr Chipman to anyone.

she smiles in your face and acts like she cares then goes behind your back & judges you. Since when does being honest about not taking a medication prescribed, get you called a liar? She should be more honest to her patients and tell them how she really feels to their faces

I have the utmost confidence in Melanie. She listens and takes my issues seriously. She has a vast amount of quality experienced Drs. at her disposal if needed. She has many years of nursing experience. I have been very satisfied with my care. My husband also switched over to her at the same time and he is equally pleased. We are both seniors and have seen many doctors over the years. She is our first FNP. We recommend her without reservation.
