Dr.Carver is the Best!
I have a strong prescription which can be challenging for many optometrists. Many times I cannot see out of their prescriptions. Dr. Carver has been my eye Doctor for many years and She gets it right. Only a few times have I had a problem which has not been her fault and she always makes it right. She is the best! Thank you Dr. Carver

As a member of the medical community in Bloomington, I was appalled at the atrocious service today at Dr Carver’s office. I had called to make an appointment for my 7 year old daughter and I confirmed over the phone that there is no change in our health insurance. When I checked my daughter in the office today, they told me her exam is not due and everything will be out of pocket. When I asked for clarification whether they typically check if the annual exam is due, I was given a very rude and impolite response. I have met Dr Carver once before, this is not regarding her direct care but of the folks up front.
