Dr. Meghan Kemnec, ND

I started seeing Dr. Kemnec for natural HRT as I approached menopause but received (what I later learned to be) quite bad advice. As part of the HRT protocol, she prescribed a version of estrogen that is known to cause cancer (whereas a combination of two other types is known safe). Also, regarding a low-dose Naltrexone (LDN) rx for inflammation, she advised me to spread out the doses throughout the day and night to avoid any kind of mood ups and downs. But that approach completely defeats the purpose of the medicine which is meant to suppress endorphine production PART of the night to allow for a rebound effect in endorphine production for the remainder of the day (which is the primary helpful mechanism of the med). So for a whole month, I took LDN spread out throughout the day and night and experienced a terrible constant suppression of endorphins. Awful! I will never see her again and advise others to avoid. A simple internet search on LDN could've educated her!
