I have been a patient of Megan's for a few years now and have recommended her to several friends. I feel like she does a wonderful job of listening to my concerns and answering my questions. She appears to remember me each time and personalizes each visit by inquiring into how the different areas of my life are going. This is very refreshing and creates a environment in which I feel like overall wellness is a priority.

I had to schedule a visit with Megan Ward as my regular provider, Dr. Busse was out of the office that week. Ms. Ward was rude, condescending, and insensitive on my visit. I was practically in tears during our visit as I felt like I was being talked to like a child. Couldn't believe my experience with her was so negative after having always had absolutely wonderful and meaningful visits for several years with Rachel Busse, MD. I would never recommend this medical provider to anyone!!
