Ms O'Donnell has used kindness, patience and a completely non-judgmental attitude when discussing the issues and traumas I have experienced. She also brings an earnestness and commitment to helping me work through challenges, and she appears to always be interested in learning more about various disorders in which she doesn't currently specialize.

Disingenuous, incompetent and waste of time. I spent months advocating for authorization for outside services for my child. She originally accepted to bill kaiser. I gave her all the tools and phone numbers to accomplish the task. She then refuses to bill them and flat out withholds information to get out of doing the work. She asks me to help her do the billing as if I work for Kaiser. I had to hand hold her through the webpage and customer support number. After months go by (she never did the work) she says she has to charge me. She played pokemon go with my son during the "sessions". Save your time and money and find someone else who is true to their word and cares about their patients.
