I went to Hospitality ER Tyler, yesterday 2/11/24, with pain in my back & chest; within seconds of signing in, I was escorted to the back and had an IV, vitals taken and EKG taking place. I have never had such kind, speedy, genuine care at an ER facility! Every person, who attended to me or interacted with me was so nice... but, more importantly, it felt very genuine. I ended up spending the day being monitored; I was caringly moved to the 'bank building' [a new add-on] for that monitoring to take place. I was fed lunch and dinner [which was delicious and much more than expected]. Every test, x-ray, CT scan, blood draw, etc was handled with care. I will ABSOLUTELY tell everyone, I can, to use Hospitality ER in Tyler. I have told my daughter, who lives in DFW area, to go to Hospitality ER, because I am positive this is the quality of care they give at every location! Thank you, all staff of Hospitality ER Tyler!!!
