Lack of refills on meds
Telehealth
No stars can’t even begin to explain experience with this woman. My wife did not receive a refill on her meds in over a week after repetitively calling. She was out of her lithium and was experiencing terrible withdrawals. She kept getting sent to the ER every time she made a phone call and they did nothing. This could’ve been life threatening if gone on any longer. This is irresponsible and there is no reason for it to happen to anyone. Dr. Koplove should be ashamed.
