She helped me work through several things. She clearly did something right as I felt able to stop therapy after going for 3.5 years.

She doesn’t help at all, she just listens. If you want someone who is a certified listener then go to her but if not probably go elsewhere. She cancels appointments. She doesn’t help give advice or counsel you. Definitely wasn’t a good experience. She’s also very unprofessional.
